Moresi & Associates recently completed an impressive build-out of executive office and conference space for the Coakley, Pierpan, Dolan and Collins Insurance Agency in North Adams, MA. The project consisted of a complete gut renovation of approximately 2500 square feet of open space directly adjacent to their business which was in full operation during the entire project. Adding to the challenge was the three month time frame for construction that had been set. Moresi & Associates was proud to have met the deadlineand to have produced some of the finest office space available in the North Adams’ area. How do we do it? We are one of the only firms in the area that holds a wide array of construction licenses and is able to keep approximately 90% of all our projects in-house. From carpentry to electrical to HVAC we have the credentials meaning more efficient productivity and significant cost savings for the customer.

Moresi & Associates was thrilled to work in conjunction with the Williamstown Theater Festival during the Spring of 2011 to help them relocate and construct a state of the art set design and scene shop for their Tony Award winning theater company. Following the collapse of the roof at their prior location they decided on the Blackinton Mill in North Adams from which to set up their new shop. Our firm has been managing this complex for its owners over the past couple years and was excited to see such a creative reuse for this property. The time line was tight with just under 60 days from project start to first performance we had crews working 16 hour days 7 days a week. All new infrastructure including electrical and plumbing services had to be installed and the long vacant portions of the mill had to once again be turned back into manufacturing space.
